Refund & Cancellation Policy

Under any circumstances, VK Packers and Movers will not issue any cash refunds or credits once charged and serviced. If the customer has doubts about charges, he/ she can contact us regarding the same immediately. If any case of any undiscussed charges imposed due to an unexpected error, we will immediately transfer the amount to your account. Any kind of chargeback fees, due fees and costs will be handled by our collections team. For instance, if there is a failure of effort while trying to get in touch with you for collection, information on your unpaid debts will be legally reported.

Order Cancellation:

A fixed amount will be deducted from the payment collected if the order is cancelled after or between 5 business days before the job execution. The remaining amount will reach you in the next 7 days directly to your account.

If you are cancelling the payment made or the order, no refunds are offered. Moreover, cancellations will be applied if the order is cancelled the same day before our team departure.
